In partnership with The Conference Board we run senior management courses at Waterloo, just 12km outside Brussels. Here we invite the executives to see the problems of high strategy and delivery of a strategically led operational plan that failed. We also see one that succeeded. It is a refreshing way for senior executives to open up their thinking and draw experiences and comparisons from their peer group and focus on what is important in their business.
