Philip Trousdell spent his first career in the Army. He was commissioned in 1968 into the Royal Irish Rangers. His later appointments included command of 48 Gurkha Brigade in Hong Kong, commanding the operations of the multi–national NATO force in Bosnia, Commandant of the Army's officer leadership training academy at Sandhurst and command of the operation in Northern Ireland.

Graeme Cooper
Managing Director
Commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Graeme pursued a military profession involving operational experience overseas and holding man–management appointments throughout his career. His variety of experience encompassed adventurous training, intelligence and PR portfolios. His belief in the correlation between battle actualities and the business environment led him to create Corporate Battlefields in 2005. Graeme founded the International Guild of Battlefield Guides in 2002.

Steve has spent his career in a variety of Human Resources roles, starting with Ford, Glaxo and NatWest before moving onto to high profile Group HR Directorships for Australian property giant, Lend Lease and UKs Trinity Mirror media group. In addition to working in the UK, Steve has spent much of his time in Asia–Pacific, North America and Europe. Steve now works with Corporate Battlefields, where he brings his understanding of the commercial world and HR practice to the benefit of clients.

Professor Richard Holmes CBE TD JP
Senior Military Historian
Richard Holmes is Professor of Military and Security Studies at Cranfield University and the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom. Educated at Cambridge, where he was a scholar of Emmanuel College, Northern Illinois and Reading Universities, he taught military history at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst for many years.
